PHRF Timer
PHFR Timer is a Windows Mobile 5 application. It provides a 5 minute countdown timer then provides time on time corrections based on PHRF ratings. The corrections are based on the US Sailing formula the A and B factors can be changed in the PHRFFleet.xml configuration file.
Download the CAB file copy it to your Mobile Device and install it by double clicking or select and press enter. The application will be installed and a shortcut placed in your Programs Group (the postpone flag icon).
The configuration file is located in the Program Files\PHRFTimer folder and is called PHRFFleet.xml. Edit this file as needed for your fleet. You can enter up to 8 boat types. The filename must be PHRFFleet.xml or the application will fail.
Use is pretty obvious, during the start sequence hitting 'Advance' will jump forward to the next full minute.
Negative time values indicate time you owe that boat class.
